Monte Vista - Honduras (Natural Process)

This natural processed Monte Vista is a fruity medley of fig and cherry flavors. It's not too aggressive on the fruit, but it's there and its sweetness can't be missed. This makes a juicy espresso or a sweet pour over. If you're feeling crazy it also makes a fantastic cold brew (add a little bit of hot water first.)

Juan Hipp and family have been running this farm in Honduras for generations. They stopped into our shop one afternoon and we became quick friends.
