Monte Vista - Honduras (Honey Process)

This Honey Processed Honduran has a bit of tart sweetness with a very smooth finish. It's been fermented for a bit but it's not funky. It adds a great layer of flavor to the coffee and it is currently the shop favorite for drip. This coffee would do really well with the washed coffee crowd if your looking for a middle ground between fruity coffees and savory coffees. 

Juan Hipp and family have been running this farm in Honduras for generations. They stopped into our shop one afternoon and we became quick friends. They are doing things right and are focused on quality production from start to finish. We are very lucky to have the opportunity to work with them and we hope you enjoy too.
