We are very excited to introduce our third direct farmer relationship coffee. La Chilana is a woman owned farm run by Jenifer Christel Pohlenz Ernst that resides 1300-1400 meters above sea level. This altitude produces a well rounded coffee with traditional Mexican coffee notes of molasses and nutmeg. It’s very smooth while having a medium body that is excellent as a drip or espresso.
