We are excited to introduce a new direct partner from Brazil, Sitio (farm) Penha in the region of Sul de Minas Gerais. This farm has been run by mother and daughter for the last 18 years with first crop being planted in 1960. This coffee is a Yellow Catuai Peaberry which means it is smaller, rounder and typically holds more acidity and sweetness than your usual bean. We have found it to have prominent notes of hazelnut, caramel and delicious sweet dates. This coffee will work well in any method and will offer a great profile for any coffee drinker.
