Around 1,500 small farm holders of specialty varietals cooperatively produce this washed Yirgacheffe comprised primarily from heirloom varietals. All milling takes place at the Berhanu Semu Mill which actively promotes and participates in sustainable practices within the community by using discarded coffee waste as compost for local coffee farms to use. These coffees are grown between 1,800-2,000 MASL.
