Villa Barnarda - Natural Process
After coffee cherries are hand selected at the wet mill, they are soaked in water for 10 minutes and then sun dried to the perfect ripeness. This Colombian natural consistently scores 86+ on the cupping table. Incredible fruit forwardness and sweetness. If you like fruity cocktails or sour beers, this would be a comparable flavor profile. Very unique and delicious.
This coffee is a light roast to compliment the delicate flavor profile.
On the cupping table we taste tart cherry, berries, jammy. Light body, tea like.
Makes an excellent pour over or cappuccino.
