Finca Tasta - Peru (Honey Process)
As a part of our second addition of the Estate Coffee premium release, we are thrilled to offer this unique Peruvian coffee. This coffee comes from siblings Edith and Ivan as they have recently taken over their late mothers farm. Sustainability is key here as they move to set the standard in independence and diversifying crop growth to provide for themselves and their community. Finca Tasta is a 56 acre estate that has 19 acres dedicated to coffee growth. Once the caturra and catuai varietals are brought to the mill, they are removed from the cherry and left to dry in their sweet mucilage.
