This coffee is sourced from the Asociación Cooperativa Agropecuaria de Participación Real San Rafael de R.L. (ACAPARSAR), which operates within the municipality of Juayúa in the region of Sonsonate.
ACOPARSAR is a cooperative that was founded in 1980 and has 21 members who collectively own the estate where they continue to produce coffee with a sense of deep tradition. This cooperative has their own wet mill where they process the coffee cherries and is currently building a dry mill. This is a very versatile coffee as we use it in our house coffee, espresso, and cold brew!
