Dumerso - Ethiopia (Natural Process)
This incredibly sweet and fruit forward Ethiopian Dumerso is sourced from the Yirgacheffe region of the Gedeo Zone. The Dumerso mill is owned and operated by Surafel Birhanu and his family. The mill receives ripe coffee cherries from over 750 small family owned farms in the area where they are cleaned, sorted, and left to dry on raised beds in thin layers. The coffee will ferment and dry for 4-6 weeks before shipment.
