This Colombian coffee by Farmer Don Felix is an incredible washed coffee that is split into two batches, one fermented for 37 hours and one batch for 13 hours. Once mixed and dried in the sun, this processing leads to a coffee that has incredible sweetness and clarity.
On the cupping table we tasted brown sugar, sweet caramel, and a bright citrus finish.
