This Mountain Water Process decaf utilizes water to remove 99% of the caffeine in the bean, without removing the flavor. No chemicals are used in the process as opposed to a traditional decaf.
This decaf comes from Brazil and is a blend of coffees from Cerrado. We tried a lot of decaf coffees to make sure it was something that even we liked, and this wasn't just good, it was great!
This is a medium roast coffee.
On the cupping table we taste hickory smoke, baking spice, and cocoa.
