We are proud to announce our first class, First Crack: An Introduction to Roasting and Coffee Cupping. You will learn about coffee at all stages of production.

Syllabus

  • Introduction to Sourcing
  • Basics of Roasting
  • Basics of Cupping
  • Basics of Grinding, Dosing, and Extracting Espresso

All attendees will be given a 2 oz bag of our Finca Isnul from Guatamala and receive a 20% discount on all coffee selections in-shop. Class fee is $12 and limited to 10 people.
